Pay it Forward Outreach (PIF) is a 501(c)(3) low-cost vaccination clinic dedicated to assisting pet owners attain vaccinations and basic treatment for their pets.  We provide services to pet owners who may not otherwise be able to afford veterinary care, but everyone is welcome at our clinic.  Although the cost is less, quality, compassion and individual care is not sacrificed.
Our volunteer-based "Black Cat Food Bank" is maintained on-site to assist pet owners that may need help with dog or cat food for their pets.  When available, we have pet food, toys, bowls, collars, etc.  Donations of any of these items are always welcomed to help us assist families in need.
(*** Please note that "we only have what we have" - - "Specific" food requests/brand names may/may not be available, as we only have what has been donated to us ***).

We are NOT a full service clinic, which is one of the reasons we are able to keep costs low, and maintaining less overhead than a full service clinic.  Services we offer include:

  • Vaccinations for dogs, cats, ferrets, and other exotics.  All medical visits are currently being handled on an appt-only basis.  (Office visit/exam costs vary depending on income).
  • In-house testing for heart worm, feline leukemia, and feline immunodeficiency virus (FIV), fecal analysis, urinalysis, parvo virus, ear cytology, and other areas are available.
  • Detailed blood work tests are sent to an outside lab with results in 24-36 hours.
  • Treatment for urinary tract infections, skin infections, allergies, worms/parasites, ear infections, thyroid disease, and other minor infections/conditions/ailments.

We currently cannot offer radio-graphs (x-rays), surgeries, sedation, or anesthesia services.  Therefore, treatment situations which requires a pet to be stabilized (example; requiring oxygen, overnight hospital stay, IV-administered meds, injury/illness requiring radio-graph or ultrasound, immediate results for blood work, aggressive pet who need sedation for treatment) are referred to a full-service clinic or an emergency veterinary facility.

We understand the important role pets play in the lives of our clients.  The human-animal bond is special and does not change just because financial challenges do.  We assist pet owners by keeping vaccinations up-to-date and treating minor conditions/ailments in a cost-effective and high quality manner. Pay It Forwards' philosophy is that keeping pets up-to-date on vaccinations reduces the likelihood of costly treatment your pet may require in the future.
